• Recommendations will be made to you on areas for improvement.
• You will be provided with a copy of our interview guide-lines.
• Before each interview, you will be fully briefed about the position and organisation
you are about to see.
• After each interview, there will be an extensive debrief to identify areas where you
did well or where you could have improved on.
• There will be a full briefing on what to expect during your second interview.
• You will also be completely prepared for any assessment that you might have to
attend.
• Advice will be given on how to approach any testing that you may have to
undertake.
• Once you have several offers….. we will even help you to decide which is the
