The role is a straight forward Sales Management role managing a team of Advisers who are advising High Net Worth clients - Your role includes recruiting and developing an existing team of Financial Advisers. The bonus scheme is quite generous. Annually overseas trips as rewards. Products are multi-tied with a broad range of Investment houses to chose from making it easier for the Advisers to close the business. All in all, an excellent organisation to work for. Our client is looking for very experienced Sales Managers with an excellent track record in managing successful teams. |
