The Job Title:     Independent Financial Adviser

This a very 'upmarket' IFA who specialise in dealing with High Nett Worth Clients. PI Insurance including run off cover is included and all registration fees, all stationary and post paid for, and you have an excellent range of supporting literature . You get all the appropriate software including Aequos research, CTP Exchange system, suitability letter software, Mortgage Brain, O&M pension software plus all the T&C and compliance support. Payment of commissions paid promptly. Each month there is a company workshop to familiarise you on new and updated products and motivational discussions. The Company arranges various marketing initiatives to generate leads for you including Public Seminars. The emphasis is to help you, The Adviser, to get on with the job of selling and the Company will look after all the administration and ensure the business goes through smoothly. There are opportunities for you and your partner to qualify for quarterly and annual incentives which include five-star overseas trips.

• The Company provides you with a great opportunity of working in the Corporate Sector, Solicitors and Barrister market

• You can either go salaried to begin with and self-employed later
• You need to have a client base to take with you. Then you will be provided with a flow of leads and be allocated particular Introducers

The earnings potential is exceptional. Established Advisers are earning in excess of £100K which is fairly normal. You have the flexibility of managing your own time. Ideally you need some Corporate experience but if you can demonstrate that you have the ability of dealing with these types of clients, then that will be very acceptable.
