Independent Financial Adviser role – Maidstone - Kent
Our Client is a very well established national Independent Financial Advisory Company with an excellent reputation for advising Clients who require more complex forms of financial planning. They offer a very comprehensive financial planning services including some of the best low cost investment propositions within the industry They are a very ethical organisation who look after their people and have an excellent Financial Adviser and Client Proposition.
The Role:
The role involves working with an existing Client bank within the Kent area, providing an ongoing service to these clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be provided with well qualified leads which they generate and book in for you to suit your working schedule.
You will get excellent Paraplanning back up and admin support giving you the opportunity of spending more constructive time infront of your Clients. A lot of your Client meetings will be conducted on-line via Zoom or Teams and it will be very much a 'home-based' role. They have a Maidstone office that you can use as well especially for meeting Clients.
The Package:
The role comes with a basic salary of £55K - £75K (negotiable) plus bonuses and a very generous benefits package. Earnings in your first year will be in the £95K plus region, and this will increase each year as you accumulate more and more trail. Some of the existing well established Advisers there are on £250K plus each year!!!
The Requirements:
Our Client is looking for an experienced, well qualified Financial Adviser who is studying towards Charter Status, or proposing to study towards Chartered status. You need to have worked with high net worth Clients, being able to demonstrate your ability to have a high work ethic, well disciplined with good relationship building skills and excellent communication and presentations skills.
